Navigating the Candidate/Kanban Board
1. Open a job to access its candidate Kanban board 0:00
- Go to Jobs and click on any job.
- You will be taken directly to that job’s Kanban board.
- This board shows all candidates currently in the pipeline for that role.
- The overall layout is similar to the older dashboard, so the main workflow should feel familiar.
2. Understand the default pipeline stages 0:20
- The board includes the familiar Prospects and Invitations columns.
- You will also see any assessment stages that have been configured for the job.
- Example: if the job only has a voice assessment / AI interview, that stage will appear on the board.
- Any additional hiring stages you add will also appear here automatically.
3. Add or edit hiring stages to customize the pipeline 0:37
- Click Edit Job and go to Hiring Stages.
- Add a new stage such as a psychometric test or another assessment/interview round.
- Save/update the hiring stages.
- Return to View Candidates and the new stage will now appear in the Kanban board.
4. Invite candidates into the pipeline 0:59
- Use the plus icon to add candidates manually.
- You can also drag and drop resumes into the board.
- Another option is to upload a CSV file to invite multiple candidates at once.
- Once invited, candidates begin completing the configured assessments and move through the pipeline stages.
5. Move candidates based on assessment results 1:18
-
Candidates will appear in stages such as:
- Hiring Manager
- Voice Assessment
- Psychometric Assessment
-
As they complete each round, their scores become available.
-
Use those scores to move candidates into Good Fit or Poor Fit stages.
-
You can also add new stages for additional review or decision points.
6. Schedule interviews automatically for human interview stages 1:29
- If a stage is a human interview round, you can configure it to automatically schedule a meeting.
- This helps streamline the process when a candidate is moved into that stage.
- The scheduling can happen as part of the stage workflow.
7. Use filters to narrow down candidates 1:43
-
Open the Filters panel to refine the candidate list.
-
You can filter by:
- Application form questions
- Resume data automatically extracted from candidate resumes
- Assessment scores
- Plagiarism scores
- Proctoring violations
-
Example: filter candidates by a specific voice assessment score and plagiarism percentage.
8. Review application form questions as filter criteria 2:00
-
If your hiring stages include a pre-screening form, its questions become filter options.
-
Example questions shown in the video include:
- Years of total experience
- Willingness to work remotely
- University attended
-
These questions can be used to quickly identify candidates who match your criteria.
9. Clear filters when needed 2:36
- After applying filters, you can use Clear to remove them.
- This resets the board view and shows the full candidate list again.
10. Bulk-manage candidates from the board 2:47
-
You can multi-select candidates on the board.
-
Bulk actions include:
- Moving candidates to another stage
- Moving candidates to the Reject stage
- Deleting candidates permanently
-
This makes it easy to manage multiple candidates at once.
11. Manage invitation-stage candidates 3:03
-
If candidates are still in the Invitations column, you can:
- Resend the invitation
- Revoke the invitation
-
These actions help you control who still has access to complete the process.
12. View detailed candidate profiles for full context 3:18
-
On the candidate profile or interview page, you can review:
- The candidate’s application form responses
- Any completed language proficiency tests
- Voice assessments
- Generalist assessments

A separate video covers the candidate profile page in more depth.
