Enabling Employee Referrals on Jobs
1. Understand what the referral feature does 0:00
- GoodFit can now accept employee referrals as applications.
- Existing employees can refer friends or known candidates to open roles at your organization.
- Referred candidates will flow into the platform like other applicants.
2. Add approved email domains for referrers 0:15
- Go to Settings.
- Open Referral Settings.
- Add the email domain(s) that should be allowed to submit referrals.
- Typically, this will be your company domain (for example,
goodfit.so). - Save the changes so employees using those domains can refer candidates.
3. Enable referrals for a specific job 0:51
- Open the job you want to configure, such as a DevOps Engineer role.
- Click Edit Job.
- Go to Settings for that job.
- Find the option Do we allow employee reference?
- Turn it on to let teammates refer candidates for that role from the careers page.
4. Submit a referral from the job page 1:19

Visit the job opening page.

You should now see a Refer a Candidate option.

If you are logged in with an approved email domain, you can submit a referral.

Fill in:
- Candidate full name
- Candidate email address
- Resume

Submit the referral.
5. Review referral performance in sourcing 1:34

Referred candidates will appear in the sourcing funnel.

You can track source performance for employee referrals.

The platform shows:
- How many employees referred applicants
- The pipeline status for referred candidates
