Candidate referral system

End-to-end referral pipeline to streamline candidate sourcing through your team.

  • Whitelist specific company domains to allow internal referrals
  • Enable referrals at the job level
  • Employees can share and refer candidates through the Goodfit job board
  • Referred candidates automatically land in the Invitation stage on the Kanban board
  • Referral invitation emails are sent with an application link

Proctoring

Lip-sync detection

Detects audio-visual mismatch in voice interview recordings using SyncNet v2 to identify candidate impersonation.

After a voice interview completes, the recording is transcribed with speaker diarization, bot vs candidate segments are identified with accurate timestamps, and the candidate-speaking portions are run through lip-sync analysis.

  • Deepgram-powered speaker diarization and transcript timestamps for precise candidate voice isolation
  • SyncNet v2 scores each 5-second segment of candidate speech for audio-visual sync confidence
  • Verdicts (Genuine / Borderline / Suspicious), per-segment confidence timeline, and sync percentages shown in the Proctoring Report modal under the Audio tab
