Goodfit is now something a team uses, not one person.
- Create an organisation and switch between the ones you belong to
- Invite teammates by email; they join with a role that decides what they can reach
- An organisation settings page for the details and the member list

Magic-link sign-in
- Sign in with a link sent to your inbox, no password to remember
- A waiting screen that tells you the mail is on its way, with a jump straight to Gmail or Outlook

Job creation, start to finish
- A guided create flow that prefills what it can
- Locations, visibility and the rest of the details, editable after publishing
- Each job carries a pipeline, and each pipeline stage can hold an assessment
