Invite a whole spreadsheet at once, drop in a pile of resumes and have them read and ranked, one report per candidate, and a record of who changed what.

Bulk invitations
Inviting candidates one at a time is gone.
- Paste or upload a list of emails and invite the lot in one go
- Upload a folder of resumes; each becomes a candidate
- Or add candidates by hand, one row at a time
- A confirmation step before anything is sent, so a bad paste doesn't reach 200 inboxes
- Invitations go out by email and WhatsApp

Prospects
- Resumes uploaded to a job land as prospects, parsed into name, contact and experience
- Each is scored against the job, with the reasoning attached
- Preview the resume itself without downloading it
- Duplicates are flagged rather than quietly added twice
Reports
One report per candidate
- Every assessment a candidate took, on one page, with scores broken down by section
- A timeline of what happened and when: invited, started, submitted, evaluated
- Export the board, or any filtered slice of it, as CSV

- Choose whether the clock runs per question or across the whole assessment
- Weight questions so the ones that matter count for more
- Candidates get a start screen explaining what's coming before the timer starts

- A liveness check before an assessment begins, so the person who starts it is the person who's there
- Written answers are checked for signs they weren't written by the candidate
