The application board
Every applicant to a job, laid out by the stage they're in.
- Drag a candidate from one stage to the next
- Search by name, filter by stage, score or date, and combine filters with AND or OR
- Move a candidate's status without leaving their card
- Bulk actions across a selection, and a count on every column
Jobs
Build the pipeline stage by stage
- Add, reorder and rename stages, including custom stages with a colour of their own
- Attach an assessment to any stage
- Changing a live pipeline no longer strands the candidates already in it: choose whether they stay on the old version, are rejected, or are moved forward

Assessment library
- Build an assessment once and reuse it across jobs
- Questions organised by skill and microskill, drawn from a skills taxonomy that spans engineering, sales, operations and more
- Set the duration, and preview the assessment as the candidate will see it

Job descriptions that read properly
- A rich text editor for the description, with formatting, lists and links
- Drop images straight into the description
