Release notes
March Week 1
Coding tests that run and mark themselves, AI voice interviews with recording and transcription, psychometric tests, resume scoring, and the emails that carry it all.
Assessments
Coding assessments, end to end
- A full editor for the candidate: problem statement, starter code, and a console
- Write test cases once; every submission is run against them and scored automatically
- A per-attempt report showing what was submitted, which tests passed, and the score
- A countdown the candidate can see, and a submission that fires on its own when time runs out
Voice
AI voice interviews
- A live spoken interview the candidate joins from the browser
- Microphone and camera check before the call, with device pickers and a sample recording to test against
- The call is recorded and transcribed as it happens
- Answers are scored afterwards against the question, with the transcript kept alongside
Assessments
Psychometric assessments
- Pick a framework, set the response scale, and assign it to a pipeline stage
- Responses are evaluated and returned as a profile, not just a number
Assessments
Video and choice questions
- Questions that ask for a recorded video answer
- Multiple-choice questions with options, scored on submission
Hiring
Resume evaluation
- Resumes are read and scored against the job before anyone opens them
- The score and the reasoning sit on the candidate's card
Proctoring
First integrity signals
- Suspicious behaviour during an assessment is recorded against the attempt
- The browser is hardened for the duration of an assessment
Transactional email
- Branded templates for invitations, magic links and organisation invites
- Sent from Goodfit, tracked, and rendered the same in every inbox
